Scheduled to commence on July 9, the 'Outbreak' event promises an exhilarating departure from Battlefield's traditional military gameplay into the eerie realm of sci-fi horror.

Announced via the official Battlefield X channels, the event invites players to confront Dead Space's infamous Necromorphs within a bespoke game setting. From what has been teased in trailers, participants will navigate through a transformed location infested with these nightmarish entities, providing a chilling yet captivating change of pace from Battlefield's usual action-packed scenarios.

Additionally, EA introduces a Dead Space-themed in-game bundle, featuring the menacing "Marked Man" outfit alongside other thematic items, available for 2200 Battlefield Coins (equivalent to $20).
